The Paradise Theatre School – Education & Artistic Director, Chimacum, WA: 2001-2013

Envisioned and developed innovative non-profit performing arts organization in previously unlikely spot ~ a historic church in Chimacum ~ and successfully brought it regional recognition in creative education, artist retreats, and performance over a 12 years of leadership, grit, humor, and goodwill.  By 2013, The Paradise served an average of 4,000 audience members and 300 students per year with a 10% increase every year.
